Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right outfits, styles, and accessories.
- Provide styling advice based on body type, occasion, and preferences.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
- Maintain knowledge of fabric, fits, trends, and collection details.
- Assist customers during trial sessions along with Sales Assistant.
- Identify required alterations and coordinate with the alteration team.
- Ensure accurate billing handover to cashier.
- Maintain display standards and ensure merchandise is presentable.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers for deliveries, trials, and special orders.
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
