Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with experience in ERP, SaaS, or IT solution sales to drive business growth across Mumbai and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
The role requires a self-driven sales professional who can also build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business success.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise, SME, and mid-market customers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital prospecting.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions with decision-makers.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend appropriate ERP and software solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Finalize pricing, commercial terms, and successfully close business opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records and opportunities in CRM.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
- Monitor key sales metrics and recommend improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
- Drive a high-performance sales culture through coaching and regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to maximize customer success.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–8+ years of experience in ERP software sales, SaaS sales, IT solutions sales, or B2B/B2C technology sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience managing the complete sales lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Zoho ERP, Oracle, or similar enterprise applications.
- Experience selling CRM, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience handling high-value and complex B2B sales engagements.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring sales teams.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and customer engagement abilities.
