Jaipur Rugs is a global luxury handmade rug company that connects traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. We are looking for a Payroll Intern who is eager to gain practical exposure in payroll processing and HR operations while working with an experienced HR team.
Position: Payroll Intern
This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in payroll, employee records, attendance management, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the monthly payroll process.
- Maintain and verify employee attendance records.
- Assist in payroll data preparation and validation.
- Manage employee files and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS with accuracy.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for payroll-related information.
- Ensure proper filing and record maintenance of HR documents.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Eligibility
- MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, M.Com, or related graduates/final-year students.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR processes will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
