Key Responsibilities:-
- B2B Network Building: Connect with premium architects, luxury interior designers, civil contractors, and elite builders across Ludhiana and Punjab to make Supezo their go-to partner.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pitch to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) who are constructing luxury villas, bungalows, or premium commercial spaces.
- Strategic Partnerships: Sign tie-ups and referral programs with design firms and real estate developers to secure regular project pipelines.
- Studio Walk-Ins & Events: Plan and execute exclusive architect meetups or studio preview events to increase brand visibility and footfall at our experience centre.
- Market Expansion: Analyze luxury housing trends in Punjab to target upcoming posh residential projects early.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with our internal design and sales teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into winning proposals.
Requirements:-
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of sales or business development Experience in modular kitchens, premium furniture, luxury tiles, or high-end home interiors preferred.
- Local Contacts: An existing network or good connection with architects and designers in Ludhiana and surrounding areas of Punjab.
- Language Skills: Ability to speak and present clearly in English, Hindi, and Punjabi to handle premium clients easily.
- Skills: Strong sales closing skills, a polite personality, and a basic understanding of home interior layouts.
