Location: Noida, Sector 63
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Joining: Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days only
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment independently.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage candidate relationships.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports in MS Excel.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent sourcing and talent mapping skills.
- Strong interviewing, screening, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work as an individual contributor.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
