Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for key client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and solve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
- Data Analysis: Track satisfaction scores and analyze client data using software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Cross-Functional Work: Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve service delivery.
- Growth & Retention: Spot cross-selling and upselling opportunities and implement client retention plans.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years in a client-facing, sales, or customer service role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and common CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
