About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong B2C sales experience to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Candidates with B2C sales experience from companies/industries such as:

- Unacademy
- Simplilearn
- Insurance / Financial Services
- Wellness / Coaching / Personal Development
- Other high-ticket B2C sales backgrounds
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the B2C sales team.
- Handle and convert company-provided leads.
- Monitor daily follow-ups, conversions and sales performance.
- Coach and motivate sales executives to achieve targets.
- Track sales numbers and prepare performance reports.
- Handle customer queries and guide prospects professionally.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in B2C sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience handling warm/inbound and outbound leads.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Patience, empathy and a customer-focused approach.
- Interest in wellness, spirituality or personal growth is preferred.
Sales Performance Screening
Candidates should be able to clearly explain:
- Total B2C sales experience
- Products/services sold
- Average ticket size
- Monthly sales target & actual achievement
- Average achievement percentage
- Calls handled per day
- Inbound/outbound experience
- Average conversion rate
- Warm vs. cold lead experience
- Incentive eligibility and average monthly incentives
- Best sales achievement with actual numbers
