Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manpower Planning: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and budget allocations.
- Sourcing & Screening: Oversee job postings, candidate screening, and coordinate initial interviews to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Selection & Offers: Manage the final interview process, salary negotiation, background verification, and offer rollouts.
Onboarding & Integration
- Induction: Manage new hire orientation, ensuring alignment with company values, culture, and policies.
- Documentation: Administer offer letters, employment contracts, and statutory forms (e.g., PF, Gratuity,).
- Probation: Set clear goals and monitor probationary periods to ensure smooth integration.
Performance & Talent Management
- Appraisals: Oversee the performance management system, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Training & Development: Assess skills gaps and organize learning and development (Learning & Development) programs to boost productivity.
Employee Relations & Compensation
- Payroll & Benefits: Process monthly payroll, manage insurance claims, and administer employee perks and rewards.
- Conflict Resolution: Serve as the bridge between management and employees to resolve grievances and improve workplace morale.
Exit & Full & Final (F&F) Settlement
- Resignation & Notice Period: Acknowledge resignations, track the notice period, and initiate a smooth knowledge-transfer process.
- Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on company culture, management, and areas for improvement.
- Asset Handover: Ensure all company assets are returned.
- F&F Processing: Calculate outstanding dues, including salary for days worked, encashment of leaves, gratuity, and bonus deductions.
- Clearance & Relieving: Coordinate with Finance and IT to clear dues, generate the relieving letter, and provide experience certificates
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
