What You'll Do ?
Technical Leadership
- Lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Own end-to-end architecture decisions across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, security standards, and performance optimization.
- Participate in product planning and influence technical roadmap decisions.
Full Stack Development
- Build and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Design and develop secure, scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.
Team Leadership
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Drive sprint planning, technical execution, and timely project delivery.
Required SkillsBackend
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
- Experience building scalable REST APIs and microservices.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0).
Frontend
- Advanced React.js expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Hooks, Redux/Zustand, Context API, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of component architecture and frontend best practices.
Databases
- PostgreSQL / MySQL
