About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Generation & Outreach Associate to build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients. This role focuses on the top of the sales funnel, identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads, while working closely with both the marketing and sales teams to drive business momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outreach to prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to introduce the company and generate interest.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their requirements and readiness to engage.
- Work with the marketing team to design, schedule, and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Maintain thorough and accurate CRM records for all lead touchpoints and communication history.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in drafting and sending targeted email and WhatsApp outreach content to segmented audiences.
- Relay qualified leads to senior sales team members for further engagement and closure.
- Analyse outreach performance and suggest improvements to increase lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Clear and confident communication, both in writing and over voice calls.
- Basic understanding of lead generation principles, sales funnels, and outreach techniques.
- Familiarity with email marketing practices and WhatsApp Business outreach tools.
- Comfortable working with CRM software to manage and track lead data.
- Ability to handle multiple outreach campaigns and follow-up schedules simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised with a passion for sales.
