We are an innovative skin, beauty & wellness brand headquartered in Pune, operating an e-commerce platform with multi-brand retail services across India and a signature facial spa (skin studio). We are a dynamic team looking to grow our physical presence and expand to Mumbai & Delhi.
JOB DESCRIPTION As a Customer Service Associate, you will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Communication: Speak with customers for all general queries on various platforms - socials, WhatsApp, calls, emails, and in person.
- Technical Coordination: Address and resolve technical skincare inquiries by coordinating with internal teams.
- Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Support in creating draft orders.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain customer records and ensure personalized customer engagement.
- Issue Resolution: Log and track customer service issues and errors, and follow up until resolution.
- Trend Reporting: Aggregate and report on customer service trends quarterly to sales, technology, design, and merchandising teams.
PROFILE
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, customer interaction, or any customer-facing role.
- Industry: Beauty, Skincare, Wellness Retail, Hospitality, E-commerce preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English.
- Degree: Graduate in any of the following fields: liberal arts, English literature, psychology, marketing, hospitality, or health and wellness.
REMUNERATION Starting Annual CTC: ₹3.30 - ₹5.00 lakhs (in hand, pre-bonus), depending on experience.
