We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Online Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for generating international business opportunities through online platforms, managing overseas customer relationships, handling export inquiries, and achieving sales targets in assigned international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities through online channels, B2B portals, digital platforms or email marketing.
- Handle inquiries from overseas customers and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to international clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
- Address customer queries related to products, pricing, documentation, and shipment status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy ( B. Pharma).
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales or International Business within the Pharma or Medical Device industry.
- Knowledge of international trade practices.
- Experience in handling overseas clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent email drafting and online customer handling abilities.
- Lead generation and business development expertise.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
