Vision India Insurance & Investment Planners is looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our team. In this role, you will contact prospective candidates, explain the benefits and career opportunities of becoming an Insurance Advisor, answer their queries, and motivate them to join our organization. Your primary responsibility is to convert interested leads into successful Insurance Agent recruits.
Note: This is an office-based position only. Work From Home is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective candidates from the provided lead database.
- Explain the benefits and career opportunities of becoming an Insurance Advisor.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and confidently.
- Follow up with interested candidates and encourage them to complete the joining process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding of new Insurance Agents.
Eligibility
- Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
