We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with MSME business owners who have attended our business education seminars but have not yet enrolled in our business membership program. Your primary objective will be to understand their experience, address their concerns, and encourage them to take the next step in their business growth journey through our membership.
This role requires someone who is confident, excellent at building rapport over calls, and understands the mindset and challenges of small and medium-sized business owners.
Experience Desired:
1–3 years in B2B telesales, inside sales, or business development roles (preferably in education, consulting, or services industry)
Responsibilities:
● Reach out to MSME business owners who have shown interest by attending our seminars but have not yet joined our business growth membership program
● Understand their current business challenges and reasons for not moving forward
● Build trust, clarify doubts, and communicate the value of our membership program
tailored to their business needs
● Maintain proper records of all interactions, feedback, and next steps
● Follow a structured calling schedule and achieve weekly and monthly conversion goals.
● Collaborate with the team to stay updated on program offerings and ensure alignment in messaging
● Share insights from conversations to help improve our sales approach and member onboarding experience

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
