We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager with 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably with strong knowledge of HR compliance, labour laws, statutory requirements, employee relations, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and separation processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes in line with business requirements and applicable laws.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and employment-related requirements.
- Handle and monitor statutory HR compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments requirements, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, registers, and statutory records.
- Coordinate and support labour law inspections, audits, statutory filings, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in labour legislation, employment laws, statutory requirements, and government notifications, and ensure timely implementation within the organization.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Ensure proper implementation of employment contracts, HR policies, disciplinary procedures, leave policies, attendance, working hours, and other employment practices.
- Partner with management and department heads on workforce planning, manpower requirements, organizational development, and employee-related matters.
- Lead recruitment and selection activities for critical and senior positions while ensuring quality hiring within agreed timelines.
- Develop and monitor performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Manage employee engagement, retention, training, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a positive, professional, and legally compliant workplace culture.
- Handle HR MIS, dashboards, reports, and people analytics for management review.
- Support payroll coordination and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee-related information.
- Identify HR risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information at all times.
- Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure effective execution of HR activities.
- Perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of proven experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in an HR Manager/HR leadership role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
