*Key Responsibilities*
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to counselling and training programme enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads into bookings, registrations, or admissions.
- Provide accurate information about Solforge's counselling, wellness, and training services.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports and activity updates.
- Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams to improve conversions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry process.
