We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, coordinating operations, and supporting day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients and present the company's construction services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for project closures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
- Handle daily operational coordination between the office and project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and project updates in CRM/Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Support management in achieving sales and business growth targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
