Cashier – HEART OF TEA (AR Hospital)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 Hours)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Age Limit: 24 – 35 years
Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to manage billing operations at our coffee shop located inside AR Hospital, Kodungallur. The ideal candidate should have strong managerial abilities, excellent customer service skills, and solid accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately
- Operate POS and billing software efficiently
- Maintain daily sales records and reports
- Manage basic accounts and cash reconciliation
- Oversee counter operations and coordinate with staff
- Ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation at the counter
- Monitor and support basic inventory tracking
- Provide excellent customer service in a hospital environment
Required Skills
- Managerial and supervisory skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience with POS systems
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred)
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
Qualifications
- Degree (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience as Cashier / Sales Executive
- Experience in hospital or F&B sector preferred
