Job Description:
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable, passionate, and experienced History Faculty who can simplify complex historical events and guide aspirants effectively for both Prelims and Mains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures on Ancient, Medieval, Modern Indian History, Art & Culture, and World History.
- Align teaching methodologies with the latest UPSC and MPSC patterns.
- Develop high-quality study material, concise notes, and test series questions (Prelims & Mains).
- Conduct answer-writing practice sessions and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Mentor students to help them build analytical thinking and answer-structuring skills.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in History / Civil Services background. Candidates who have cleared UPSC/MPSC Mains or reached the Interview stage will be highly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience teaching History specifically for UPSC/MPSC.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, strong conceptual hold on the subject, and deep understanding of the evolving exam trends.
Languages: English / Marathi / Hindi.
