The Chief Talent & Culture Officer (CTCO) is a strategic executive leadership role responsible for driving organizational growth through people excellence, talent transformation, workforce strategy, leadership development, and culture innovation. The role focuses on building scalable HR systems, high-performing teams, future-ready workforce capabilities, and a performance-driven organizational culture aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with strong strategic, operational, and leadership expertise capable of transforming talent into long-term business success.
JOB DETAILS:
- 10+ Years of Experience in HR Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, or Workforce Strategy
- Minimum 4–6 Years in Strategic Leadership Role
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or Leadership Studies
- Reporting To: Founder / CEO
- Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic People Leadership & Organizational Transformation
- Design and execute the company’s long-term People & Talent Transformation roadmap.
- Build scalable organizational structures, workforce frameworks, and people systems.
- Align workforce strategy with business growth, expansion, and profitability objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Founder, CEO, and Leadership Team.
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, agility, and performance.
- Create future-ready workforce planning strategies aligned with evolving market demands.
- Lead enterprise-wide culture transformation and organizational excellence initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition Excellence & Workforce Strategy
- Architect and lead advanced talent acquisition strategies across leadership, IT, non-IT, operations, sales, and strategic business functions.
- Build world-class recruitment systems, talent pipelines, and sourcing strategies.
- Strengthen employer branding to position the organization as a preferred employer.
- Optimize hiring quality, workforce productivity, and recruitment turnaround time.
- Develop AI-enabled, data-driven, and automation-based hiring ecosystems.
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, talent communities, consultants, and workforce platforms.
- Lead executive hiring and strategic workforce expansion initiatives.
3. Leadership Development & High-Performance Culture
- Build leadership pipelines and succession planning frameworks.
- Design performance-driven organizational cultures focused on accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Implement leadership coaching, mentorship, and executive development programs.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and workplace excellence initiatives.
- Create recognition and reward systems that improve employee morale and retention.
- Foster a growth mindset and continuous learning culture across the organization.
4. HR Innovation, Systems & Governance
- Establish modern HR frameworks, SOPs, governance models, and operational excellence systems.
- Lead digital HR transformation and HR automation initiatives.
- Implement HR analytics, workforce intelligence, and performance reporting dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and corporate governance standards.
- Build scalable employee lifecycle management systems from hiring to leadership growth.
- Enhance operational efficiency through process optimization and workforce analytics.
5. Learning, Talent Transformation & Capability Building
- Drive enterprise-wide learning, development, and workforce upskilling initiatives.
- Build competency frameworks and career progression models.
- Design future workforce readiness and capability transformation programs.
