As a Student Success Coach, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to students to provide guidance, support, and feedback on their academic performance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the educational programs offered, and the ability to motivate and encourage students to excel in their studies. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall student experience and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyse data related to student success, including retention rates, graduation rates, and student satisfaction.
- Analyse student performance data, including grades, attendance, and participation.
- Identify trends or areas where students may be struggling academically.
