Role Overview
We are a leading diamond jewellery manufacturer committed to excellence, precision, and innovation. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to strengthen our finance team and support data-driven decision-making across operations.Key Responsibilities
· Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
· MIS & Dashboards: Develop management information system reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
· Variance Analysis: Compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
· Financial Modeling: Conduct scenario-based analysis to support strategic decisions.
· Costing & Inventory: Analyze product costing (diamonds, gold, labor, overheads) and monitor inventory valuation.
· Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
· Data Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.
· Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounts, operations, and management teams.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and efficiency.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing or jewellery industry.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial formulas, data analysis).
· Strong understanding of financial statements, costing, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
· Basic knowledge of SQL or databases.
· Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
· Understanding of inventory management and manufacturing processes.
· Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹264,151.86 - ₹1,168,970.95 per year
