Strategy & Planning: Design, execute, and scale long-term CSR strategies aligned with corporate values and United Nations SDGs.
Compliance Management: Ensure 100% compliance with Section 135 of the Indian Companies Act and handle timely board/annual reporting.
Budgeting & Finance: Allocate annual CSR budgets, track fund utilization, and ensure all project expenses are audit-ready.
NGO Partnership & Due Diligence: Shortlist, evaluate, and onboard credible NGO partners with valid registrations (CSR-1, 12A, 80G).
Impact Assessment: Conduct baseline surveys and measure the socio-economic impact of projects using data-driven metrics.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
