1. Candidate should have knowledge of Remote Support as well as hands & feet support.
2. Candidate should have basic level knowledge of client OS level of troubleshooting.
3. Able to work in all shifts (Like; A/B/C and general) as well as work in a team.
4. If having knowledge about plant safety & plant environment that would be helpful for the candidate.
