Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships, generate leads, and drive business growth. Candidates must be fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi and should be confident in handling client interactions and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, and lead generation activities.
- Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
- Conduct client meetings independently and follow up regularly to close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and client communications.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates on market trends and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Handling.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi (Verbal & Written).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings and sales discussions independently.
- Good understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
