Job Description – Intune Engineer (L3.2)
Role Summary
The Intune L3.2 Engineer is a Principal/Lead Engineer responsible for enterprise architecture, platform governance, strategic roadmap planning, security transformation initiatives, and global endpoint management modernization across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Own enterprise Intune architecture and roadmap.
Design global endpoint management and security strategies.
Lead large-scale Intune migration and transformation projects.
Architect Cloud Native endpoint management solutions.
Drive Zero Trust implementation initiatives.
Design enterprise Conditional Access and compliance frameworks.
Define governance, standards, and operational models.
Lead platform optimization and automation initiatives.
Provide executive-level technical consultation.
Review and approve solution designs and major changes.
Drive service improvements and operational excellence.
Mentor L2, L2.3, and L3 engineers.

7+ years in Microsoft Intune/MEM architecture and administration.
Experience delivering large-scale enterprise mobility and endpoint transformation programs.

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate
ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4
