Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- 0–1 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Experience in industries such as Tiles, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, FMCG, or Export Sales.
- Familiarity with online lead generation platforms and customer databases.
