Job Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of marketplace operations, product cataloguing, content optimization, and maintaining accurate product information.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and specifications.
- Upload and manage product images, pricing, inventory, SKUs, and other product information.
- Monitor product listings for errors, missing information, or policy issues.
- Optimize listings to improve visibility, search ranking, traffic, and conversions.
- Coordinate with design, content, inventory, and sales teams for accurate product information.
- Manage product updates, variations, pricing, and stock availability.
- Track listing performance and prepare basic reports.
- Resolve listing-related issues, errors, and marketplace restrictions.
- Ensure all listings follow respective marketplace guidelines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce product listing/cataloguing.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of SEO, keywords, product content, and marketplace algorithms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple products and platforms simultaneously.
