Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for demolition and earthwork projects. The candidate should be capable of handling site operations, labour management, safety compliance, and coordination with clients and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily demolition and earthwork activities.
- Manage labour teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure site safety and proper use of equipment.
- Maintain daily work progress records.
- Coordinate with management and clients.
- Monitor material, machinery, and manpower requirements.
- Ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Requirements
- Experience in demolition, construction, or earthwork projects.
- Ability to manage labour and site operations.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and reporting.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Willing to travel across Gujarat.
