The Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects, ensuring on-time execution, high-quality outputs, and strong client satisfaction. This role requires a blend of project governance, technical understanding of full-stack development, team coordination, and stakeholder communication. The objective is to manage large-scale digital initiatives, optimize delivery processes, and ensure commercial success through effective planning, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Project Planning & Delivery Management
Create project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage timelines across multiple web/mobile projects.
Technical Oversight & Architecture Understanding
Collaborate with engineering leads to review solutions, identify dependencies, and ensure technical feasibility.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, run requirement workshops, manage expectations, and ensure strong CSAT.
Risk, Dependency & Change Management
Proactively identify risks, drive mitigation plans, handle scope changes, and maintain project governance.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with UI/UX, engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Budget, Billing & Commercial Management
Manage project budgets, track burn rates, support contract renewals, and contribute to upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Process Excellence & Documentation
Implement PM best practices, maintain project documentation, run retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of web & mobile app development lifecycle (React, Node.js, Flutter/React Native, APIs, AI/ML, Data & cloud basics).
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles.
Hands-on familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Postman, Figma, etc.
Ability to translate functional requirements into technical tasks and architecture discussions.
Exposure to CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and QA processes.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong decision-making, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability.
Conflict-resolution, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
Leadership presence with ability to mentor teams.
High ownership, accountability, and customer-centric mindset.
Certification: PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, SAFe.
Experience with enterprise-scale integrations or microservices projects.

Understanding of security standards (OWASP, GDPR basics).
Prior experience working with global clients in agile distributed teams.
12–20 years of overall experience.
Minimum 6+ years in project/delivery management for web and mobile platforms.
Proven track record managing multiple cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience handling mid-to-large scale digital transformation or product engineering projects.
On-time project delivery rate (adherence to agreed timelines).
Client satisfaction score (CSAT/NPS).
Project profitability (budget adherence, resource utilization, change request revenue).
