Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Customer Relationship Manager / Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing clients, generate business opportunities, schedule meetings, maintain customer relationships, and support our sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain company services and offerings clearly.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and client meetings.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and development teams regarding client requirements.
- Send quotations, company profiles, and follow-up messages through WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and customer engagement targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Web).
- Ability to maintain proper follow-up records.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualification
- Any Degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or CRM is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
