- Design HVAC systems including air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and smoke extraction systems.
- Perform cooling and heating load calculations using industry-standard software.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, duct routing, chilled water piping, and ventilation drawings.
- Select HVAC equipment such as chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and ventilation fans.
- Develop detailed design drawings, schematics, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or BIM software.
- Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams.
- Prepare equipment schedules, duct and pipe sizing calculations, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable local codes, client specifications, and international standards.
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and vendor documentation.
- Support project teams during installation, commissioning, and technical clarifications.
- Participate in design reviews and value engineering initiatives.
Pay: ₹9,534.45 - ₹41,272.58 per month
