The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Intern for a full-time, on-site internship at our Mumbai office (Lower Parel).
This is a hands-on role spanning the full employee lifecycle. You will work directly with the HR team on live recruitment mandates, onboarding, learning initiatives and engagement programmes for a group spanning consulting, research and venture capital. You will own tasks end to end, with guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing, job postings and maintaining candidate pipelines
Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and internal panels
Screen applications against role requirements and maintain the applicant tracker
Support campus and referral hiring drives
Employee onboarding operations support
Prepare and process offer, joining and documentation formalities
Coordinate pre-joining communication and day-one logistics
Support induction scheduling and new-joiner follow-through
Training and development support
Help coordinate internal training calendars and sessions
Track participation, collate feedback and maintain training records
Engagement activities support
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, celebrations and internal events
Support internal communication and announcements
Data management
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Prepare recurring HR reports, dashboards and MIS
Support audit and compliance documentation
Qualifications
Graduation or post-graduation in Human Resources
Availability for a full-time, on-site internship at our Mumbai office
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Working proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
