Job Description:
- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children
- Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Encourage children to interact with each other.
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
- Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe
- Track children's progress and report to parents
- Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background.
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
Skills Required:
- Interested to work as Preschool Teacher
- Warm, friendly, and patient with children
- Understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable
- Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen
- Qualifications: Any UG/PG.
Work Time:
- Full-Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Part-Time Shift I: 08.30 AM to 02.30 PM
- Part-Time Shift II: 09.00 AM to 03.00 PM
Working Days:6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Experience:0-5 years
Language Fluency:English. Additional regional languages would be a plus
Location:Chennai
Salary:
- Full-Time: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on experience)
- Part-Time: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
