1. Develop and implement routing strategies and processes to optimize transportation operations, including route planning.
2. Monitor and analyze transportation data and efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including to align routing decisions with business objectives and customer requirements.
4. Utilize routing software and technology tools to plan and optimize routes, considering factors such as traffic patterns, distance, capacity, and time windows.
5. Evaluate and select transportation vendors and carriers based on their performance, capabilities, and adherence to service level agreements.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and resolve any routing-related issues.
7. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the effectiveness of routing strategies, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
8. Receive and process cab booking requests through various channels (phone, email, online platforms). Coordinate with local transportation providers to secure timely and reliable cab services for clients.
9. Ensure accuracy in booking details, including pick-up and drop-off locations, timings, and any special requests.
10. Also to take care of handing over invoices related to our clients’ to whom we have provided services, post office related work, courier related work, in case of renewal of agreements may have to visit the e-stamp paper vendor, timely updating of the documents related to the fleet [vehicles in our fleet].
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
