The Rising Bloom Foundation is looking for a dedicated and energetic Field Executive to support project implementation and community engagement activities. This is a field-based role that requires regular interaction with beneficiaries, stakeholders, and local communities. Candidates should be willing to travel and work on the ground as per project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and support project implementation
- Coordinate with beneficiaries, community members, and local stakeholders
- Collect field data and prepare reports
- Support awareness campaigns, workshops, and community meetings
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and training programs
- Maintain project-related records and documentation
- Provide regular updates to the project team
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:
- Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in field operations, NGO projects, surveys, or community work will be an advantage
