About the Role
ACS Energy is looking for an energetic and responsible Operations Executive to support our day-to-day business activities. This role is suitable for young professionals who enjoy coordinating with people, solving practical problems, managing field-level activities, and ensuring that work is completed on time.
The selected candidate will work closely with our technical team, customers, vendors, and internal teams. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to operations, customer support, EV-charging infrastructure, and business coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities and maintain proper follow-up with the concerned teams.
- Monitor the status of ongoing work, service requests, and assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, customers, and site representatives.
- Support the team in resolving basic customer and operational issues.
- Maintain records, reports, checklists, and task updates.
- Assist with scheduling site visits, maintenance activities, and service calls.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
- Support customer onboarding and basic documentation work.
- Update operational data using Excel, Google Sheets, or internal software.
- Escalate technical or customer-related issues to the appropriate team.
- Assist with additional business activities whenever required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
