Job description: Assistant Manager Accounts – Manufacturing Company
Job description:
Managing daily accounting activities and bookkeeping
Verifying purchase bills, invoices, debit/credit notes
Monitoring Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements
Assisting in budget preparation and cost control
Coordinating with auditors during internal and statutory audits
Monitoring cash flow and fund requirements
Maintaining vendor and customer ledger accounts
Reviewing journal entries and general ledger postings
Supporting finalization of accounts and annual closing activities
Maintaining proper documentation and accounting records
Coordinating with procurement, stores, PPC, and HR departments
Supervising junior accounts staff and ensuring accuracy in work
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and team handling abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
CA Inter preferred (optional based on company requirement)
Experience
Typically 5–8 years of experience in accounts and finance
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
