Beige Café & Bakery is a premium café known for its elegant ambiance, high-quality beverages, and freshly baked delights. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Brew Master/Barista who can craft exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Recommend beverages and bakery pairings to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station as per food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
- Create latte art and innovative signature beverages (preferred).
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest queries professionally.
