About the Role
H.S. Oberoi Spirits Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced CHA Executive / Customs Clearance Executive to manage import-export operations, customs clearance, shipment coordination, and regulatory compliance for spirits and beverage products. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of EXIM procedures and customs regulations, along with CHA Certification or hands-on experience in licensed CHA operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end customs clearance activities for import and export shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, and related documents.
- Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely clearance of consignments at ports, ICDs, and airports.
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, excise laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate with government authorities for approvals, permits, and clearances.
- Manage duty payments, tariff classifications, and regulatory documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
