Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated VLSI Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent for semiconductor design organisations. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting professionals across ASIC, FPGA, RTL Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, STA, Analog, and Mixed-Signal domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, referrals, X-Ray search, and Boolean search.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and project background.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong VLSI talent pipeline.
- Track candidate progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Meet recruitment targets for submissions, interviews, and successful placements.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
