We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our Eramalloor branch, ensuring efficient operations, strong team management, and customer service.
*Qualifications:*
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience as a Branch Head or in a similar leadership role within banks, microfinance, or other financial institutions.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Requirements:*
- Age between 30 to 45 years.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and have access to a two-wheeler.
