Job Title: Interior Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to coordinate effectively with clients, the execution team, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.
* Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
* Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, working drawings, and presentation materials.
* Coordinate closely with the execution team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and maintain quality standards.
* Prepare material selections, BOQs, and specifications.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material approvals and procurement.
* Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Handle design revisions efficiently while maintaining project objectives.
* Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, and project updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design.
* Diploma/Degree in interior designing.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office. Knowledge of 3ds Max or Revit is an added advantage.
* Strong understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and construction methods.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam. Hindi is an added advantage.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, site engineers, supervisors, and production teams.
* Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
* Good time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
