Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers interested in rooftop solar solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy, government subsidy schemes, and available solar solutions to customers.
- Follow up with enquiries received through digital campaigns, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and convert enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Update customer details and follow-up status in CRM systems and company trackers.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding and project execution.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Prior experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related industries is preferred.
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM applications.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and government solar subsidy programs.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and remote environments.
