AH LEGAL & CO. is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate to join our Real Estate and Banking Law practice.
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Title verification and legal due diligence of immovable properties.
Examination of title deeds, revenue records, encumbrance certificates, and related documents.
Preparation of Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSRs), Title Investigation Reports (TIRs), and legal opinions.
Review of banking, mortgage, and security creation documents.
Legal drafting, documentation, and research.
Coordination with clients, banks, developers, and government authorities.
Requirements:
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
1–2 years of experience in Real Estate and Banking Law.
Good understanding of property due diligence and title verification.
Strong drafting and legal research skills.
Knowledge of Karnataka land and revenue laws will be an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Kannada preferred.
