About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations at a leading hospital in Kotputli. The role requires a professional who can manage recruitment, compliance, employee relations, HR operations, and team management in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for medical, paramedical, nursing, administrative, and support staff.
- Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and the POSH Act.
- Supervise and guide the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace relations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS and Excel-based records.
- Support hospital management in implementing HR policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience; hospital or healthcare HR experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, ESI, PF, and POSH regulations.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
Important Note
This role is based in Kotputli, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable working in a smaller-city environment. Compensation will be aligned with market standards
