About the Role
We are looking for a creative, talented, and experienced Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creator to join our growing team full-time.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple brands within the dental and healthcare industry, creating engaging digital and print marketing materials, promotional campaigns, website designs, mobile application interfaces, and high-quality visual content.
You will play a key role in building our brand presence across digital platforms while producing professional marketing assets that communicate our vision and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
- Create brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, and other business assets.
- Design engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Produce promotional videos, advertisements and product launch videos.
- Create animated graphics, motion graphics and video content.
- Edit videos using professional editing software.
- Design user interfaces (UI) and layouts for websites and mobile applications.
- Develop branding materials including logos, icons, infographics and visual identities.
- Work closely with the marketing and management teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Ensure consistency across all brands and marketing materials.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, AI creative tools and digital marketing techniques.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' professional graphic design experience
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Experience using CapCut for professional video editing
- Experience creating:
- Animated videos
- Promotional videos
- Motion graphics
- Social media content
- Marketing campaigns
- Website UI/UX design experience
- Mobile app interface design experience
- Strong typography, layout and branding skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience working within the dental, medical or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor or Webflow
- Understanding of SEO-friendly website design
- Photography and videography experience
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools
