Key Responsibilities (PPC – Production Planning & Control) Discuss new incoming orders with CRM team and understand requirements Prepare and manage work orders for all confirmed jobs Plan and control all production activities as per order priority Check availability of existing materials in stock Plan material requirements based on orders Coordinate with purchase department to ensure timely material availability Follow up with purchase team for pending materials Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for all orders Coordinate with production team and handover materials for execution Maintain proper planning, scheduling, and controlling of all orders Monitor production progress and control delays or bottlenecks Reduce material wastage and improve efficiency Maintain proper documentation (orders, materials, planning, dispatch, reports) Track work progress and ensure smooth workflow Decide and commit delivery dates Ensure on-time production, dispatch, and delivery Plan and coordinate dispatch activities as per schedule Prepare production forecasting in coordination with CRM team Prepare upcoming production target plan accordingly Preferred Skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing / 5S practices Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings Experience in custom or made-to-order production environments Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) On-time production & delivery Production efficiency Inventory turnover Reduction in wastage and delays Required Skills & Qualifications B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 3–4 years of experience in Production Planning & Control Experience in manufacturing (preferably doors/windows, fabrication, or similar industry) Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control Hands-on experience with ERP Systems Good understanding of fabrication processes, cutting, assembly, and finishing Proficiency in MS Excel for planning and reporting Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
