Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Sr. Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will focus on driving measurable results such as leads, conversions, and ROI through strategic campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Hands-on experience with paid ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and targeting
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-driven results
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Must be from Agency Background
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or app marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
