- Prepare and send quotations to clients accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain quotation records and follow up on pending approvals.
- Handle day-to-day back-office administrative activities.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and other departments for required information.
- Prepare reports, data entries, and documentation in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update customer and vendor databases.
- Assist in order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and record management of office documents.
- Possess good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Candidates with prior experience in quotation preparation will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
